Our Sixth Form
Within our sixth form phase, we believe passionately in providing a holistic educational experience to allow students to have academic excellence at Level 3 alongside a dedicated personal development programme. Our academic curriculum offers a combination of A Levels and vocational Level 3 courses where students can select either of these routes or a combination of both.
Our lessons are delivered by subject specialists who have a passion for their curriculum and are highly experienced at delivering at Key Stage 5. Alongside this, we deliver the Flourish at KS5 programme where we provide a comprehensive personal development curriculum to help students flourish in school, beyond school and in life.
Our sixth form study centre was opened in November 2021 and has state-of-the-art facilities including a large study space to house 200+ students, computer stations and a sixth form café. The pastoral team have a strong commitment to ensuring all our students feel part of our school community and are successful. We work collaboratively with the other phases of the school and have a community contribution rewards programme to encourage students to take part in activities such as primary school reading buddies and peer mentoring for Key Stage 3 students.
The sixth form is good. Students achieve well and make a positive contribution to the life of the school
